System Fit Checklist
This notice explains how 3drens uses information submitted through the Renie System Fit Checklist.

Information we collect
We collect your checklist answers, calculated result, name, company, email address, optional phone number, consent record, submission time, and limited technical information used to protect the service from abuse.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide your result, prepare for a discussion you choose to book, respond to you about the assessment, improve the checklist, and protect the service. We do not sell this information.
Storage and access
Completed submissions are stored in Google Cloud and copied to a private Google Sheet used by authorized 3drens staff. Unfinished answers remain only in your browser's local storage and are not sent to 3drens.
Retention
Completed submissions are retained for 12 months, then scheduled for deletion from both the operational database and Google Sheet, unless a longer period is required by law or separately agreed with you.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your submission, or withdraw consent for future contact. Email info@3drens.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing completed before withdrawal.

我們收集的資料
我們會收集問卷回答、計算結果、姓名、公司、電子郵件、選填電話、同意紀錄、提交時間，以及用於防止濫用的有限技術資訊。
使用目的
我們用這些資料提供結果、準備你主動預約的討論、就本次評估與你聯絡、改善 Checklist，以及保護服務。我們不會出售這些資料。
保存與存取
完成的提交會存放在 Google Cloud，並同步至僅供授權 3drens 人員使用的私人 Google Sheet。未完成的回答只保留在你的瀏覽器本機儲存空間，不會傳送給 3drens。
保存期限
完成的提交保留 12 個月，之後會排程從營運資料庫及 Google Sheet 刪除；法律要求或你另行同意者除外。
你的選擇
你可以要求查閱、更正或刪除提交內容，或撤回日後聯絡的同意。請寄信至 info@3drens.com。撤回同意不影響撤回前已完成的處理。
